Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to counselling and training programme enquiries.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into bookings, registrations, or admissions.
Provide accurate information about Solforge's counselling, wellness, and training services.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity updates.
Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams to improve conversions.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
