## About the Role

n

Painterior Group is looking for an experienced and highly capable **Senior Project Manager – Corporate Interiors** to lead and manage large-scale corporate interior projects from planning and pre-construction through execution, finishing and final handover.

n

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **commercial and corporate interior projects**, with proven expertise in project execution, finishing, site management, client coordination, consultants, contractors, vendors and project commercials.

n

This is a senior leadership position for a professional who can independently take ownership of projects and ensure **quality, timelines, cost control and client satisfaction**.

## Key Responsibilities

n

### 1. Project Planning & Execution

n

n
- Take complete responsibility for end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects.
n
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules and contractual requirements.
n
- Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans and timelines.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed **time, cost and quality parameters**.
n
- Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
n
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
n

### 2. Corporate Interior Execution

n

n
- Lead execution of high-end corporate office and commercial interior projects.
n
- Manage civil, interior finishing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, carpentry, painting, furniture and other interior works.
n
- Coordinate MEP services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV and other building services.
n
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, interior design and MEP drawings.
n
- Ensure execution is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
n

### 3. Site & Team Management

n

n
- Lead and manage project managers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors.
n
- Plan manpower and resources according to project requirements.
n
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
n
- Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, commercial and execution teams.
n
- Build a strong site execution culture focused on quality, safety and productivity.
n

### 4. Client & Consultant Coordination

n

n
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients during project execution.




n
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, PMC teams, consultants and client representatives.
n
- Attend project review meetings and present progress, issues and action plans.
n
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
n
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
n

### 5. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

n

n
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and specialist agencies.
n
- Ensure contractors understand drawings, specifications, scope and quality requirements.
n
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity and work quality.
n
- Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower and resources.
n
- Resolve site-level coordination and execution issues with contractors.
n

### 6. Procurement & Material Management

n

- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of project materials.
n
- Review material specifications and ensure materials comply with approved standards.
n
- Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules and site consumption.
n
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
n

### 7. Cost & Commercial Control

n

n
- Monitor project budgets and execution costs.
n
- Review BOQs, work orders, rate analysis and subcontractor quotations.
n
- Coordinate with the commercial team for measurements, RA bills, variations and final accounts.
n
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
n
- Control project variations and additional works through proper approvals.
n

### 8. Quality Control

n

n
- Establish and maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing.
n
- Ensure mock-ups and samples are approved before mass execution.
n
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
n
- Ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and client expectations.
n
- Drive snagging, rectification and final quality closure before handover.
n

### 9. Project Handover

n

n
- Plan and manage project completion and handover activities.
n
- Ensure all snags and punch points are closed within agreed timelines.
n
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and documentation wherever applicable.
n
- Ensure submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals and other handover documents.
n

## Candidate Profile

n





We are looking for a **hands-on senior professional** who combines strong project management skills with deep practical knowledge of interior execution and finishing.

n

### Required Experience

n

n
- **12–15+ years of overall experience** in interior execution / project management.
n
- Strong experience in **corporate offices, commercial interiors, premium residential or hospitality projects**.
n
- Proven experience managing large-scale interior projects from start to handover.
n
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing and construction methodologies.
n
- Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors and site teams.
n
- Experience dealing directly with clients, consultants and PMC teams.
n

### Technical & Professional Skills

n

- Robust knowledge of corporate interior execution.
n
- Excellent understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
n
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing and billing.
n
- Good understanding of MEP coordination.
n
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
n
- Strong vendor and subcontractor management skills.
n
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
n
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel would be an advantage.
n
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings is essential.

## Educational Qualification

n

**Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.**

Relevant extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

## Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has **grown through the execution side of the interiors industry** and can independently manage a project rather than only supervise individual activities.

n

We are particularly interested in professionals who have successfully delivered **large corporate offices, commercial spaces, premium residences, hotels or other high-value interior projects** and are comfortable managing clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
