Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant – Offshore Experience: 6–10+ years
Certification: Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Skilled (Preferred)
Configure Oracle Field Service application and business processes.
Support onsite consultants in troubleshooting, documenting, testing all Oracle cloud configurations
Prepare functional design and configuration documentation.
Participate in fit-gap sessions and solution reviews.
Execute configuration, testing, and defect resolution activities.
Support OFS integrations with Service Cloud and ERP systems.
Develop test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
Assist with SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend solutions.
Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare.
