Responsibilities:
Participate in client workshops to identify high impact problems that could be solved through AI / ML based solutions
Translate business challenges into analytical opportunities, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) for executive and operational decision-making.
Translate data into transparent, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic business goals.
Knowledge of DS / ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint
Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches

Desired Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in data driven decision making.
Positive communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis.
Strong knowledge of PowerBI
Robust knowledge of Python/ Py Spark
Good to have knowledge of Databricks and Database.
Good to have experience of cloud platforms like Azure/ AWS/ GCP
