Key Responsibilities
Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems.
Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
Plan maintenance schedules, shutdown activities, and critical equipment inspections.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, technicians, and contractors.
Manage spare-parts planning, inventory, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.
Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and cost/energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, quality, and company standards.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
Robust knowledge of plant machinery, utilities, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
Valuable leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
