Role Overview

We are looking for a

Demand Planning Executive to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability across channels.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, and business inputs.
Track forecast vs. actual sales and analyse demand variances.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams for demand planning.
Monitor inventory levels and identify stock-out, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
Support monthly/weekly demand planning and recent product launches.
Prepare MIS and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory, and availability.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while maintaining product availability.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain / Inventory Planning.
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce experience preferred.
