Conceptualizing and implementing growth strategies for West & Southern Region including appointment of channel partners, agents, end customer approvals, creating market specific delivery models, developing strategic local partnership towards long term business sustainability, proactively realigning Go-To-Market strategy by identifying evolving business trends at an early stage.

· Enabling Sales by building a meaningful and quantifiable pipeline, Creating market intelligence and insights, anticipating shifts in the external workplace, opening high-level conversations, identifying and qualifying prospects, identifying decision-makers, participation in online, offline RFQs, Tenders etc and securing deals on time.

· Lead end-to-end business development and Sales initiatives.



Shall be primarily responsible for leading Sales & Revenue generation and Accounts Management activities ensuring Order Book, Margins, Sales and Collection in line with monthly and annual targets.

· Closely work with Cross Functional teams to meet or exceed company objectives through strategic initiatives, aligning internal capabilities with market opportunities, ensuring seamless communication flow and alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery and fulfilment of projects.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align strategic direction and coordination in driving market performance and business transformation.

· Responsible for building APAR brand and Customer Satisfaction in the region
