Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage key accounts, major projects, shutdown opportunities, replacement business, and consultant-driven / EPC-driven prospects.
Build relationships with end users, project heads, maintenance leaders, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and purchase stakeholders to improve early engagement and specification influence.
Lead prospect qualification, account prioritization, action planning, and follow-up governance for the territory pipeline.
Handle technical-commercial discussions, proposal strategy inputs, positioning of alternatives, and value-based selling based on life, performance, safety, and total cost of ownership.
Drive profitable order conversion through structured negotiation, competitive positioning, and timely closure of internal commercial / technical actions.
Track consultant approvals, vendor registrations, product approvals, and specification acceptance with major stakeholders.
Review ageing offers, lost orders, competitive threats,



and conversion gaps and define corrective actions to improve win rate.
Coordinate with manufacturing, technical, QA, finance, and commercial teams to ensure realistic commitments and solid customer confidence.
Mentor and guide Sales Executive(s) / junior team members in planning visits, mapping opportunities, and improving conversion discipline.
Submit accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, sector reviews and monthly action plans for management review.
Support collection discipline, resolution of execution-related issues that may affect
