Candidate with Previous General Insurance Industry experience will be preferred.
Role involves generating retail business from tie-ups assigned by the company.
To identify and recruit current POSP/ Retail Agents from the assigned location
Work area involves traveling to District Headquarters/Talukas/Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to meet the respective channel partners for generating business – Should have own Two-Wheeler
To conduct training programs in the assigned territory and to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the channel partners.
To increase the business market share in the allocated region.
To gather feedback from channel partners/customer and share with internal teams.
Candidate should be self-motivated with a result driven approach, quick learner and should have passion for sales.
To negotiate/close deals and handle channel partners complaints as and when required.
Collaborate with team members/ internal departments to achieve better results.
