About the Role

DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated .NET Trainees to join our development team. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience by working on live projects under the guidance of experienced developers.

Training & Employment Details

Training Duration: 6 Months

During the training period, candidates will gain hands-on experience working on live projects and developing their technical skills.

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month The stipend will be provided as a net take-home amount with no deductions.

Post-Training Full-Time Opportunity:

Upon successful completion of the training and a positive performance evaluation, candidates may be offered a full-time employment opportunity with the company.

Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 per month for the first year.

Commitment Period: 18 Months
6 months of training
12 months of full-time employment

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, and MVC.
Work with SQL Server for database development, queries,



and stored procedures.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
Support application deployment, testing, and documentation activities.
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and SQL Server.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
