Manage and monitor overall manufacturing and plant operations.
Plan production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and operational costs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, PPC, Engineering, and HR departments.
Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to customer delivery schedules.
Monitor machine performance, downtime, maintenance requirements, and process improvements.




Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, andhealth & safety standards.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
Lead, guide, and develop departmental teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Handle operational issues and take timely decisions to maintain smooth plant functioning.
Support current product development, process improvements, and capacity expansion projects.
Participate in management reviews and contribute to strategic planning.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
