HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) – EDTECH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Connect with students/prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment and revenue targets
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records
• Work closely with the counselling and academic teams to improve conversions
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Freshers:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic and target-oriented
• Interest in sales,



counselling and the education industry
• Willingness to learn and grow in EdTech
01–04 Years Experience:
• Prior experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Student Counselling preferred
• Experience in selling courses, training programs or educational products is highly valued
• Proven ability to handle leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Robust understanding of sales targets and customer engagement
