We’re looking for a creative, energetic and entrepreneurial person to help grow The Tee Shop, Kavach Essentials

What You’ll Do
Manage e-commerce operations and online sales
Manage website, product listings, inventory & orders
Manage Amazon and other marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc)
Handle Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms
Plan and create Reels, posts, campaigns & engaging content
Manage influencers, creators, UGC & collaborations
Run and optimize Meta Ads & retargeting campaigns
Track sales, website traffic, customer behavior & marketing performance
Develop new products, collections & trending designs
Coordinate with vendors, production, inventory & logistics
Explore B2B, offline & reseller opportunities
Identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth

Who We’re Looking For
Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Fashion, Streetwear or Social Media Marketing
Good knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads, content marketing & e-commerce




Creative mindset with a good sense of trends
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Passion for fashion, social media & building brands
Freshers with strong practical skills and the right mindset can also apply
