Required Skills
6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical, consulting, technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success roles.
Robust hands-on experience with distributed databases and complex data platforms.
Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, database architecture, and query optimization.
Robust hands-on SQL experience, including query analysis and performance tuning.
Experience working with complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of Linux and cloud environments.
Experience with several technologies across the modern data ecosystem, such as:MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, or other relational databasesNoSQL / Key-Value databasesKafkaCloud storage such as S3CDC and replicationKubernetesObservability / monitoring platformsBackup, restore, HA, and DRUnderstanding of cloud networking, security, encryption, and enterprise infrastructure.
