Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce / online sales
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily e-commerce operations across online platforms.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
Monitor inventory and ensure product availability.
Manage order status, cancellations, returns and refunds.
Coordinate with marketplaces and resolve operational issues.
Monitor online sales, product performance and customer feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
Support online promotions, offers and product campaigns.
Ensure accurate product information across all platforms.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Positive attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
