Manage social media strategy and content for multiple client accounts, using AI tools to work efficiently while applying independent judgment to tailor each client's tone and approach.

Responsibilities:-

Independently manage social media for a large number of client accounts/handles simultaneously

Build monthly content strategy and calendar tailored to each client's goals

Plan reel concepts/themes designed to attract the target audience for each brand

Write scripts for reels and short-form video, adapting tone per client

Coordinate shoots, edits, and posting schedule across all handles

Track performance per client and tweak strategy based on what's working

Must-Have Skills:-

Understanding of Instagram/social algorithms and content trends Solid scriptwriting/copywriting

Ability to build a content calendar independently,



not just execute one

Comfortable juggling multiple brands/clients without mixing up tone, voice, or deadlines

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to speed up scripting, ideation, and calendar planning — while applying own judgment to tailor output per client

Valuable to Have:-

LinkedIn content creation

Comfortable appearing on camera for reels (or can direct/coach clients who go on camera themselves)

Experience :-

1–2 years in social media/content marketing; agency background preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
