We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with e-commerce portals and have valuable knowledge of order processing, product listings, inventory, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders on e-commerce marketplaces.
Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
Manage product catalogs across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.
Update inventory and monitor stock availability.
Coordinate with warehouse and courier/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.




Check and resolve basic marketplace issues related to orders and listings.
Maintain accurate records and prepare basic e-commerce reports.
Ensure product information and marketplace listings remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive computer and internet skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
