Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace management, and online sales.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Monitor stock availability, pricing, and order status.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
Monitor sales, product performance, and marketplace visibility.
Assist with online promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.




Analyze product and sales data to identify improvement prospects.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure accurate product information and timely updates across all platforms.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Online Sales, or a related role.
Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
