Position: Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and academic pathways. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a counselling mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions-related communication.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student interactions.
Achieve assigned counselling/admission targets.
Build robust relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or education is preferred.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
