The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing overall operations while providing

/n

high-level executive support to the Co-Founder. This is a multi-tasking role that combines day-

/n

to-day office management, vendor coordination, and administrative efficiency with executive

/n

assistance responsibilities such as calendar management, travel coordination, and

/n

communication handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Co-Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
/n
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning for the Co-Founder.
/n
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain sensitive records with discretion.
/n
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Co-Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
/n
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of Co-Founder directives.

- Draft official emails, and internal communication as required.
