Job Summary:

We are seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst to manage and triage IT tickets, troubleshoot user access issues, and provide support across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, STORIS, and NextGen. The role requires coverage during US retail hours, including Saturday and Sunday, as ticket volumes peak on weekends.



The ideal candidate should have help desk experience, strong M365/Entra ID knowledge, transparent English communication skills, and experience with Tenable or similar patching tools.

Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk / Technical Support
- Own the front of our ticket queue in Zoho Desk and triage what comes in
- STORIS and NextGen unlocks, stuck orders, password and MFA resets
- New hire and termination setup across M365, STORIS, NextGen and Paylocity
- M365 licensing and distribution lists
- Escalate anything outside the runbook, and write the runbook as they go
- Help desk experience in a real ticketing tool
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID admin: users, groups, licensing, MFA
- Patching experience with Tenable, at least one of them
- Clear English, since most of this is explaining a fix to a store manager mid-shift
- No STORIS experience needed, we'll train tha
