The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating qualified business leads and converting them into confirmed commercial interior projects. The role will focus on identifying prospective clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting the company's capabilities and driving opportunities through to closure.

Key Responsibilites

Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial interior projects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events and market research.
- Identify companies undertaking office expansions, relocations, renovations or new workplace projects.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and target accounts.
- Proactively reach out to decision-makers including CXOs, Founders, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, Workplace and Real Estate teams.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants,



brokers and other industry networks to generate referrals and leads.
- Understand the client's business, workspace requirements, project scope, budget and timelines.
- Qualify leads based on project size, requirement, decision-making process, budget and potential for conversion.
- Prioritise high-potential opportunities and maintain an active sales funnel.
- Ensure timely follow-up and movement of qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

Business Conversion
- Own the chance from qualified lead through to commercial closure.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Coordinate with internal design/estimation teams, where required, to develop client proposals.
- Follow up on proposals, commercials and client queries to drive closure.
- Negotiate with clients within approved commercial parameters.
