Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Delhi

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and qualified Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative, operational and coordination support. The role requires excellent communication, robust follow-up skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced food industry environment.

Calendar Management: Organize complex schedules, prioritize appointments and resolve booking conflicts.
Communication: Screen phone calls, sort emails, draft correspondence and act as the first point of contact. Follow up with department heads on pending tasks, deadlines, production-related matters and management decisions.
Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, document accurate minutes, book venues and set up technical requirements.
Information & Reporting: Build MIS reports, compile data spreadsheets, and create professional slide decks. Maintain confidential company, financial, operational and personnel information.
Travel Logistics:



Coordinate complex domestic or international travel itineraries and process expense claims.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Follow up on pending action items with department heads on the Director's behalf.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Food Technology, Commerce, or a related field.

· 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in the food industry, FMCG, manufacturing or related sector is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
