Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Endur Developer with solid technical expertise and domain knowledge in energy trading, particularly within the European Gas markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Endur-based solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the Endur platform using JVS, Open Components (OC), and plugins.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Deliver end-to-end development across the full software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Work on performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications aligned with best practices.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and quality benchmarks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines for efficient release management.

Required Technical Skills




5+ years of hands-on Endur development experience, including JVS, OpenComponents (OC), and plugins.
Robust expertise in Core Java, with a solid understanding of:
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Design Patterns and SOLID principles
Unit Testing (JUnit) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Proficiency in SQL and database interactions, with a focus on writing optimized queries.
Experience in end-to-end solution delivery across the full development lifecycle.
Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and up-to-date development practices.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, production support, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
Experience with GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures.
