Role & responsibilities :-
Ensure accurate accounting of invoices in the ERP system with correct GL coding, cost center allocation, and tax treatment. Month end provisions and Fixed Asset capiatlisation
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and appropriate approvals. Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and vendor invoices.
Ensure timely vendor payments as per the TAT, monitor advances paid to vendors and ensure timely adjustment against the invoices. Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
Compliance with all the company policies, TDS, GST and statutory requirements.
Accurate Bank reconciliations and co-ordinating with Banks personnel, whenever needed.
