Role & responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance (O&M;): Execute day-to-day operation and preventive maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, diesel generators (DG sets), UPS systems, and distribution boards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify electrical faults promptly to minimize business downtime for corporate tenants.
System Monitoring: Regularly log electrical readings (voltage, load, power factor) and monitor standard HVAC, lighting, and building management systems (BMS).
