Wiring Process
Layout Planning
Study electrical schematics and mechanical layouts.
Define cable routing, terminal blocks, and labeling.
Power Wiring
Connect incoming supply to main breaker.
Route power lines to contactors, motor starters, and distribution points.
Control Wiring
Wire PLC input/output modules to sensors and actuators.
Connect push buttons, selector switches, and indicator lamps.
Signal & Communication Wiring
