Role & Responsibilities
Manage the Principal’s calendar with surgical precision — schedule internal/external meetings, travel, and key milestones across time zones.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and stakeholder communications on behalf of the Principal — acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and executive summaries for board meetings, investor calls, and school partner engagements.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives — liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
Handle confidential documents, expense reports,



and on-the-ground logistics — including arranging venues, catering, and travel itineraries.
Anticipate needs before they arise — proactively flag scheduling conflicts, follow up on action items, and maintain impeccable organizational systems.
