Job Title: Feet on Street - Digital Fintech Products

We are looking for agile and result-oriented individuals to promote and sell digital and fintech products such as FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machines. The role involves field marketing, customer acquisition, and onboarding of merchants.

Job Location: PAN India.

Job Type: Full time.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell digital/fintech products including FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machines
Identify and approach potential customers and merchants in assigned areas
Onboard current merchants for POS machine installation
Ensure activation and proper usage of POS machines and prepaid products
Educate customers on product benefits and usage
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience:



Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing preferred
Age: 20 - 32

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital payment systems and fintech products
Ability to work in field and meet targets
Customer-focused approach
Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills
