We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across residential/commercial properties and educational campus facilities. The candidate must ensure uninterrupted power supply and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and lighting systems
Maintain distribution boards (DB), MCBs, panel boards, and switchgear
Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns
Repair short circuits, power failures, and damaged wiring
Maintain fans, lights, pumps, AC connections, and backup systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Ensure proper earthing and grounding systems
Follow electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
Qualifications & Experience
ITI in Electrician Trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance
Experience in real estate projects or institutional campuses preferred
Knowledge of panel boards, wiring systems, and troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical drawings
Positive teamwork and communication skills
