ISTA SPACES is a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential projects and creating strong customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Job Summary The Finance Executive will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and MIS.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist with Tally entries and accounting-related activities.
Use MS Excel for data entry, reports, calculations,



and analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
Support the senior finance team with month-end and other accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel .
Hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime .
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or any relevant finance/accounting qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounts will be preferred.
