E-commerce Operations Executive Location: Jaipur | Job Type: Full time, On-Site We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Shopify orders, shipments, customer follow-ups, and leads.

Responsibilities: Manage daily Shopify orders, fulfillment and shipments . Coordinate with the packing and courier teams. Track deliveries, delayed orders and RTO shipments . Call customers for COD/order confirmation and delivery issues . Follow up on abandoned checkouts and leads through calls/WhatsApp. Manage leads and work towards converting them into orders . Handle basic customer queries related to orders, products and delivery. Maintain daily order, lead and follow-up records.

Requirements: Positive communication skills in Hindi & English . Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups. Basic knowledge of Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets .

Experience in e-commerce, telecalling, sales or order management is preferred. Responsible, proactive and valuable at multitasking.
