Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Google, Facebook and Instagram. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, ecommerce and performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and campaign optimization
Test ad copies, creatives, audiences and landing pages
Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS,



CPL and CPA
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with creative, content and client servicing teams

Required Skills
1.5 to 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Solid knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
Experience in conversion tracking and remarketing
Positive understanding of campaign funnels and audience targeting
Robust analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Valuable communication and attention to detail
Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
