Role & responsibilities
Define the vehicle acceptance criteria as per corporate req.
Communicate the company requirements to the concerned parties.
Perform Safety Inspection as per the checklist as per go no go sheet &
All vehicle checks as per for MSD compliance
Perform Induction for all divers.
Maintain TBT and other data for monthly data for reporting.
Prepare for Monthly Compliance for reporting.
Maintain workplace in protected.
Conduct DDT training of Dedicated or non-dedicated vehicles.
Conduct CTA training and communicate all incident which is happened in previous month.
Conduct Mistry Follow-up every month.
Conduct Journey Risk Management & develop JRM report.
Responsible to implement INSWA DMC guidelines & record the compliances as per the annexure.
Conduct review meetings of transporters in presence of safety team.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Fire &
Industrial Safety Management / Diploma in IOSH (Industrial Occupational safety &
Health Managing Safely).
Diploma Master Heavy Transport Vehicle &
Defensive Drive Training Certificate
