Role Overview

We are looking for a

Distribution Planner to ensure the right stock is available at the right location and time across Beco’s warehouses and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare warehouse-wise and channel-wise distribution plans based on demand and inventory availability.
Plan stock transfers and replenishment between warehouses to maintain optimum inventory.
Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory, and stock-outs.
Coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales, Warehousing, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.
Analyse sales and inventory data to identify distribution gaps and improve product availability.
Track dispatches, transfers, service levels, and OTIF performance.




Prepare regular MIS and reports related to distribution and inventory.
Support recent product launches and promotional requirements from a distribution planning perspective.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Distribution Planning / Inventory Planning / Supply Chain.
Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
Robust Excel and analytical skills.
Valuable understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
