Key Responsibilities

Outlook & Email Configuration
Outlook setup and configuration
Manual server configuration
IMAP / POP / SMTP settings
Exchange / Microsoft 365 configuration
Troubleshooting Outlook, email, and sync issues

MacBook Configuration – Mandatory
macOS setup and configuration
Microsoft Office & Outlook setup
User/account configuration
Basic troubleshooting and system settings

Printer Configuration & Troubleshooting
Network printer installation and configuration
Printer IP configuration
Driver installation and printer sharing
Print spooler troubleshooting
Printer connectivity and printing issue resolution





Mail Ports & Connectivity Knowledge
SMTP: 25, 465, 587
IMAP: 143, 993
POP3: 110, 995
SSL/TLS and secure mail connection knowledge

Requirements
Hands-on experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office & Outlook
MacBook configuration experience is mandatory
Valuable understanding of email configuration, networking, printers, and mail protocols
Positive communication and user-handling skills

Location: Delhi Company: Vault Kicks Pvt. Ltd.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
