ERO-Emergency Responce Officer.

Core Job Responsibilities
Call Handling: Attend incoming emergency calls from citizens in distress.
Situation Assessment: Quickly evaluate and scope the nature of the medical, fire, or police emergency.
Ambulance Dispatch: Coordinate and promptly dispatch the nearest available 108 Ambulance or first responder vehicle to the site.
Hospital Coordination: Liaison between field Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and hospital physicians to provide real-time support while transporting patients.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Usually requires a graduation degree in any stream (some regions accept 10th/12th pass depending on specific vendor models).
Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), and positive typing speed.
Work Workplace: Operates out of a centralized emergency call center. It involves rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night shifts)
