Responsibilities
Work model: 6 days WFO from Client's office in Bengaluru
Develop and maintain software applications using IBM FileNet to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement current features and enhancements.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application efficiency.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues.
Document software designs code changes and technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.
Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support and development.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with IBM FileNet.
Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Show proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to rotational shifts.
