We are looking for an experienced Hardware Team Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive end-to-end hardware architecture, mentor engineers, and lead technical innovation.

/n

Key Requirements: Robust expertise in schematic design & PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD, etc.)

/n

Deep knowledge of analog/digital circuits, power electronics & high-speed design

/n

Experience with Microcontrollers, FPGAs, Embedded SoCs, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART

/n

Proven leadership in hardware design reviews, risk management, and product development

/n

Location: Pune

/n

Department: Design Team

/n

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

/n
