Responsibilities

Sell
- Carry a personal quota of 5-6 large multi-million dollar enterprise accounts closed annually, sold at CXO level.
- Run the hardest deals in your POD yourself. Your standing with the team comes from selling, not from the title.

Lead
- Own the revenue number for a team of 3 to 4 enterprise sales managers: recent logos plus cross-sell, with forecast accuracy as part of the goal.
