Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving current business acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong focus on direct B2B sales, customer engagement, and market development, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

1. New Business Acquisition

/n

/n
- Identify and target potential B2B customers within the assigned geography
/n
- Generate and qualify leads through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement
/n
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, and deal closure
/n
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets
/n

2. Customer Relationship Management

/n

/n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Plant Managers, Procurement Heads,



and Business Owners
/n
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
/n
- Strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
/n

3. Account Growth & Retention

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts
/n
- Drive account expansion by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
/n
- Monitor customer health and take proactive actions to ensure retention
/n

/n

4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights

/n

/n
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities
/n
- Gather and share market insights to support product, pricing, and service improvements
/n
- Contribute to identifying new market opportunities and business segments
/n

5. Sales Planning & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recor
