Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and progressing sales opportunities through the complete sales cycle. The primary responsibility is to manage, nurture and convert opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Client Engagement
- Generate leads, understand incoming and assigned leads and assess their business potential.
- Connect with relevant decision-makers and understand their actual requirements, timeline, current vendor status and buying intent.





• Ask the right questions to qualify opportunities and identify the appropriate next action.

2. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM, including lead stage, client discussions, follow-up dates, next actions and expected closure.
- Maintain visibility of every active opportunity and ensure the pipeline is updated consistently.

• Ensure no prospect is missed due to poor follow-up or incorrect CRM management.

3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
- Maintain structured follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Nurture clients where the requirement is not immediate and reconnect at the right stage.
- Build professional relationships with decision-makers and keep opportunities active.

4. Objection Handling
- Understand the actual reason behind client objections and respond with the right solution or value proposition.
