We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Accounting resource to join our finance team. Looking for 4+ years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Role & Responsibilities

- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
/n
- Close payment batches and reconcile transactions
/n
- Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account records
/n
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
/n
- Collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts
/n
- Identify, investigate,



and resolve invoicing and payment issues
/n
- Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes
/n
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions
/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
- 4+ years of experience in accounting working in a SAAS - recurring revenue billing, or finance roles preferred
/n
- Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plus
/n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
/n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
/n
- Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principles
/n
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
/n

Work Timing : US Shift (6.30PM-3.30AM) WFO
