Role Overview

/n

We are looking for a Strategy Manager (Client Growth Thinking Partner) with robust digital experience to join GrowthJockey's Strategy layer. Reporting to the Head of VA, this role owns strategic direction and final sign-off for 4–5 assigned client accounts — driving relationship health, account growth, and translating client goals into briefs that Functional Heads and their delivery pods can execute against.

The ideal candidate combines consulting-grade strategic thinking with hands-on digital growth experience, and is comfortable being the single point of accountability for an account's strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Strategy

/n

- Own strategic direction and final sign-off for 4–5 assigned client accounts
/n
- Identify and act on new growth levers within each assigned account
/n

/n

Client Relationship & Growth

/n

/n
- Own client relationship health and account growth (upsell / cross-sell)
/n
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients
/n

/n

Brief Translation & Execution Alignment

/n

/n
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for Functional Heads and their pods
/n
- Ensure delivery teams have the strategic context needed to execute effectively
/n
- Keep strategy and delivery aligned as accounts evolve
/n
