About the OpportunitySharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Engineer based in Coimbatore to drive the growth of our cloud-based ERP solution, MSME Sales Booster, across Tamil Nadu.
MSME Sales Booster is a real-time cloud ERP built specifically for MSME manufacturing companies, helping businesses manage their Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Finance and other operations through an integrated platform.
Tamil Nadu has a strong manufacturing ecosystem, and we are looking for someone who can develop this market by meeting business owners and manufacturing companies, understanding their operational challenges, demonstrating our ERP solution and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

What You Will Do
- Generate new ERP leads and business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.
- Regularly visit manufacturing companies,



factories and industrial businesses.
- Meet business owners, directors, plant heads, finance teams and other decision-makers.
- Understand how prospective customers currently manage Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Finance and other business processes.
- Identify operational problems that can be solved using MSME Sales Booster.
- Conduct product presentations and ERP software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Explain ERP features and business benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and work towards converting them into customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Tamil Nadu.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers after conversion.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, demonstrations, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
