What we do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Service Department and Plant to ensure seamless communication and swift resolution of customer complaints
- Provide technical support to the after-sales service team through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Address service inquiries and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues related to engines, including Mechanical and Common Rail engines.
- Investigate field complaints and returned engines/parts from the market due to defects, with hands-on involvement
- Ensure quick and accurate information flow between Customer Service, Plant Operations, & Quality Assurance teams
- Prepare detailed technical reports with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations
- Make warranty primary judgments based on technical investigation
