Job Summary

The Project Leader delivers projects that drive strategic improvements across ESC, ensures efficient execution through collaboration and innovative ways of working and leads projects end-to-end while engaging stakeholders to achieve results.

Responsibilities
Deliver projects end-to-end with clear scope and effective control across time, cost, and quality within defined guardrails.
Engage stakeholders to support delivery through transparent communication and alignment.
Ensure governance and control by managing risks, maintaining documentation, and escalating key issues with mitigation actions.
Align project outcomes to business goals, track perks, and support sustainable adoption.
Foster solid team collaboration, apply suitable methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of project management experience
Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics,



engineering, manufacturing operations, network with 3+ years in a leadership role
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.

Additional Qualifications
Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery
Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks
Strong problem-solving skills to analyse processes and drive improvements
Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
