Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (Manpower / Staffing Industry preferred)

Job Responsibilities

· Visit all client sites located in Sanand GIDC on a regular basis.

· Collect and verify daily reports from all site supervisors.

· Coordinate with HR Department regarding attendance, recent joinings, and associate-related matters.

· Ensure smooth communication between site teams and head office.

· Monitor discipline, manpower strength, and compliance at each site.

· Identify and report any issues related to manpower, attendance, or client feedback.

· Submit a daily site visit and performance report directly to the Director.

· Support in current site mobilizations and ensure smooth onboarding of associates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (preferably in HR,



Management, or related field).

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manpower management or staffing operations.

· Strong interpersonal, reporting, and coordination skills.

· Must be proactive, responsible, and comfortable with field visits.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email communication).

· Own two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
