Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular fire safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure availability and proper functioning of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, alarms, emergency exits, and other fire-fighting equipment.
Conduct regular fire drills and provide fire safety training to employees.
Maintain records of fire safety inspections, drills, equipment servicing, and compliance activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety rules, regulations, and organizational standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for rectification of identified safety hazards.
Respond promptly to fire emergencies and coordinate emergency evacuation procedures.
Investigate fire incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with local fire authorities and support statutory inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Promote fire prevention and safety awareness across the organization.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Fire Fighting, Fire & Safety
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of fire prevention and fire-fighting systems.
Valuable understanding of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Ability to conduct fire risk assessments and safety inspections.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively during emergency situations.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
