About the Role

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives for a growing hyperlocal marketing and brand visibility business.

The role involves working directly with local businesses and commercial establishments across Bangalore. You will be responsible for onboarding establishments onto the platform as well as acquiring local businesses as paying clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishment Onboarding
Visit gyms, salons, clinics, car service centres and other commercial establishments.
Meet owners/managers and explain the offering.
Onboard suitable establishments onto the platform.
Coordinate agreements and next steps with the operations team.
Maintain relationships with onboarded establishments.
Identify current locations and establishment categories for expansion.

Client Acquisition
Approach local businesses, shops, brands and service providers.
Pitch marketing solutions and generate current business.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads.




Close bookings and collect payments upfront.
Maintain daily sales/activity trackers.
Follow up with existing clients for renewals.

Requirements
2–5 years of field sales experience.
Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, EdTech, Real Estate, Retail, B2B or direct sales is preferred.
Kannada-speaking is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Must be based in Bangalore.
Positive knowledge of Marathahalli, Kundalahalli and Whitefield preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Sheets.

Compensation & Growth
₹18,000–₹25,000 fixed monthly salary.
Incentive for every successful establishment onboarding.
Incentive for every client booking and payment collected.
No cap on incentives.
Monthly travel allowance.
Growth opportunity into Area Lead / City Lead roles.

Working Hours Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Daily activity updates to be shared through WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
